Masoala Panther Chameleons tend to have the Ambanja burgundy bars on a green background that can fire to a yellowish green. These chameleons look like a cross between Maroantsetra and Sambava. Masoala Panther Chameleons bodies tend to show coloration and patterning like that of Sambavas with yellow background and orange bars while the head tends to resemble Maroantsetras Panther Chameleons with yellow-green background color.
